I recently found myself needing a mechanic - I’ve never really needed one before. After seeing great reviews about Mark’s Automotive, I gave it a shot and I wasn’t disappointed. Not only was he very competent and fair, he treated me as a competent lady with some common sense...which I do appreciate big time. He also referred me to a great car guy (to get me out of the lemon purchase situation I have found myself in)...and I will be having him check out vehicles before I purchase in the future. I am glad to now say I have a car mechanic that I can trust. Thanks, Mark Jr.

So glad Mark is back in MJ! It has been a couple of years since I needed some major mechanic work on my vehicles but I never considered taking my Tundra anywhere else. As always, I received the same quality and courteous service and even got a chance to tour the new facility. It is totally awesome and everyone is so friendly and helpful from the time you walk into the shop. Thanks to Mark Sr., Mark Jr., Johnny and the entire mechanic staff for being such a great place to do business and thanks for returning to MJ!

From the time I called and spoke with the staff, to coming in and dropping the car for repair, was very speedy. The staff walked me through the issues that were concerning me, and they gave me options for how to repair and replace parts. It was seamless, speaking to any staff member, it seems they communicate well amongst themselves concerning individual customers. The repair was done quickly, the costs discussed prior to starting, and I never felt I was being hassled. This is my secomd time using Mark’s, and if I need someone, I will be happy to come back. Great work guys, I appreciate it. Definitely recommend.

Mark's Automotive, a place to take your vehicle for honest, dependable and friendly service. I was told up front what was wrong and what it would take, including the cost, to fix the air conditioner on my truck. My air is fixed and I am a happy customer.
