They replaced a battery cable on my daughter’s car in less than 10 minutes. She is in the “baby delivery” business and was in a big hurry. Mark and his crew came through for us.Finally a car repair company that we can trust!!

Mark and team are great. Always professional, quick to get my problem diagnosed, and quick to repair. If you are going somewhere else for your car repairs, you need to change and come here. Excellent service as always.

These guys were straightforward and discussed every option before doing anything. Everything was done in a rather timely fashion. I found the cost to be very reasonable, based on the research that I had done, in anticipation of what I should expect it to cost. Sometimes I think that people do not know how to repair their cars to this degree, place a stigma on auto shops. I didn’t ever feel that I was being hassled or pushed to do anything I did not want to do. Everybody was super friendly and willing to explain any concern or question that I voiced. These guys did great work, for reasonable price, I will be back. I definitely recommend it. And to top it all off, at the end when I pick up my truck, These guys walk through the process and showed me the old parts they were able to pull out. It’s just really nice.

I recently found myself needing a mechanic - I’ve never really needed one before. After seeing great reviews about Mark’s Automotive, I gave it a shot and I wasn’t disappointed. Not only was he very competent and fair, he treated me as a competent lady with some common sense...which I do appreciate big time. He also referred me to a great car guy (to get me out of the lemon purchase situation I have found myself in)...and I will be having him check out vehicles before I purchase in the future.
