The folks at Mark's have been keeping my 2003 Tahoe (+230,000 miles) running like a top for the past 7 years. When it needs work, they are very professional about explaining the pros and cons of various repair options and their workmanship is first rate and fast. My best endorsement is that I keep going back.

I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a fair and honest mechanic. Mark replaced the engine in my Chevy truck, they explained everything needed up front. They did what they said, this is a rare trait these days and there were no surprises.

We've used Mark's for years and never been disappointed. We trust them so much after we moved to Carthage, we still make the drive to Mark's because the service and honesty can't be beat!!!

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Everything (including cost) was explained in detail prior to work being done. All employees were very friendly and outgoing. Very clean and neat shop. This will be my new mechanic for life as long as I live in the area.

My check engine light came on over a week-end, which put me in a panic mode. Called Dorsey Jackson my go- to guy for all car problems and he highly recommended Mark's Automotive Repair. I called, made an appointment and I can honestly say I was impressed with the service I received. I was greeted as soon as I entered their reception area. After giving needed information and within a short while a technician greeted me and explained mechanical problem and cost of repair...I opted to wait...while waiting they had a TV screen showing each service technicians name, certifications and years of experience...it was impressive as certainly gave assurance that each tech was a very capable mechanic. I no longer have to drive into Nashville to a dealer to have my car serviced as I have found Mark's Automotive Repair in Mt Juliet...yeah!!!

Mark jr, Chris and the team were honest, professional. So glad your back in Mt.juliet. Thanks for putting in water pump on the 2013 Ford Escape ( that was difficult). I appreciate the worse case scenario which was cheaper on the final bill. Many thanks
