Took my 10 yr old Saturn Vue in with what I knew would be a tough to diagnose problem because no one on the Saturn forums had an absolute solution. After a couple days of testing ( intermittently would not restart after warm up but does as it cooled!) Mark Jr. called and we agreed on a plan. 2 hrs later I was good to go. He made the right call. And only charged me a minimum diagnostic time. The total bill was totally reasonable. I will definitely be back!
