Mark JR is an honest and competent mechanic. This shop fixed a rumble noise on our Altima, which turned out to be just a loose heat shield. I thought is may have been the transmission, so they could have tried to work on that, but they were too honest.

When relocating, it is sometimes difficult to re-establish services like, where you will get your haircut, where you will buy groceries, where you will get your automobile repaired, etc... Since we moved to the Middle Tennessee area, Mark's has serviced our vehicle. This establishment's candor is greatly admired. I drive from Sparta to Nashville for work and my car broke down in Mt Juliet. To tow to the shop that I use at home would have been $300 so I decided to have it worked on in Mt Juliet. After one repair shop told me I had a blown head gasket I took it Mark's for a second opinion as I truly felt that was not the case. It turned out that it was a water pump that went bad and Mark's had me up and running the next day. The service was off the charts friendly and professional! The price for the repair came in a few bucks under what I was told and really fair! Thanks for your excellent service!

It's hard enough to find a good mechanic anywhere, let alone when your daughter needs one and moves 14 hours away. She had just moved to Hermitage area and had car trouble. My husband usually does the work on the car but now she had to find someone. I read all the reviews and was impressed with what customers had to say. It's an old car so we know it has issues. When I called, they couldn't have been nicer when I explained the situation. The car got towed there, at a reasonable price. They called us and told us they'd look it over and contact us, which they did in a timely manner. They didn't try to pressure us into other things. All worked out great. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Would definitely recommend!

I have been a Mark's Automotive customer since 2013 and highly recommend Mark Jr and Johnny for all the tuneups and repairs that I have gotten over the last 5 years.
