I was later than i should have been and they fit me in for an oil change anyway and it was completed sooner than I expected. Great customer service.

Have been a long time customer of Mark's Automotive. They do great work with more than fair pricing. I trust them to do only the work needed and if it's something they can't do they will tell you upfront. Have recommended many friends to Mark's and they are all happy with the service they received.

Quick and very courteous service I would recommend to anyone

Had the entire brake system replaced in a '99 Tahoe with over 260K miles. Had it back in a day for much less than a dealership or national chain. They send you on your way when the job is finished with peace of mind and a great warranty.

I took my Murano into Mark's first thing when they opened one morning to get an oil change and my tires rotated. They took it right back and did what needed to be done and I was out of there in a timely manner. Mark and his staff were friendly. It's nice going into a family owned auto repair garage because my family owns one back home so that's what I'm used to. Also, there was another time that I had taken my previous vehicle (Dodge Journey) into Mark's because I was having issues with it and it needed more attention that what his shop could provide so he referred me to Nashville Electric Services who were also helpful and friendly. Mark is helpful and it seems he likes to take care of his customers, which is appreciated!

Guys are most helpful in recommending wrecker service. Once had the vechicles at the shop it was quickly repaired and they called me so could pick car up same day. Which was awesome because who can do without their car... Right! Very happy with my experience and will return in the future!
