I'm a first time customer and before coming read the reviews online. My experience was nothing but the best. Friendly staff and cordial. Junior was very professional and brought me the damaged part to look at and explained to me in layman terms why the part was so damaged. I will be a returning customer.

Your diagnosis was correct - computer was malfunctioning. Two Rivers Ford has ordered the 3rd computer since March 2014. Probably time to get rid of my Ford Ranger. Now I know why Ford Motor quit producing the Ranger a few years ago. It's junk!
