Mt. Juliet Auto Repair

Imagine taking your car for service to a shop where they know your name and treat you like a friend. Where you can drop your ailing car off (or have it towed there) and not worry about being overcharged or being sold something you don't need. Several years ago, my long-time neighbor told about such a place, called Mark's Automotive. He and Mark grew up together up in the Madison area, and he highly respects and recommends Mark's Automotive. Now I'm sold on Mark, too. I take my cars there, as do my adult kids and many folks I've let in on the secret of Mark's Automotive. Mark and his team are friendly, honest, dependable and their prices are very reasonable.

I'm pleased with the service and care that I always receive at Mark's Automotive.

We originally took our car to a competitor auto repair center and were charged $65 for a diagnostic test and then quoted nearly $1000 plus tax for the work. Then, we were referred to Mark's Automotive Repair. They didn't charge for the diagnostic test, did a great job repairing our car (runs like a top), and was only $450 for a lot of work. As a side note, we couldn't believe that we were followed to Mark's auto by the owner of the repair center we originally brought it to and he actually went into the office while we were there.

This was my first time taking my car to Marks. These guys did excellent work and really seem to care about the people. I'll definitely be back.

Mark and his guys are the best in Mt. Juliet, hands down. Word has really spread and is very telling that everyone I've told continues to go back as needed, especially with all of the options/different shops in town. Been a customer here at Mark's Automotive since a friend referred me back in 2007. That whole family goes to marks and I also know another family that only goes to marks. Even when I lived in chattanooga I would drive here just because I knew I would be getting the best services and prices. Whether I had an issue with my 97 corolla, 01 malibu, 01 echo, 06 cobalt, 06 charger, or 09 malibu I would never hesitate to call mark and have him fix the issue. I've even had mark fix issues that I thought other places could fix but they only made worse. Mark always has the best prices if I ever price match. I feel like he treats me like family.

A great place that you can TRUST to do the work right and at a fair price. You can't do better than Mark's.
