I always take my care to Mark without any hesitation. Not only is the work done right, but he will never try to rip anyone off. Very honest and does the best thing for the customer, not necessarily himself.

I have been taking my cars to Mark for about 3 years and he has always fixed the issue. Engine issues, electrical issues and too many to name. They are always busy so i would recommedn an appointment. They give you an honest estimate and opinion. If they cant do the work they will recommend the right place to get it done. I appreciate that part of theiur service. Trustworthy everytime.

I have taken my vehicles to numerous shops in the Mt. Juliet and Hermitage area but was never comfortable or satisfied until I went to Mark's. I have had numerous repairs there on several different vehicles. I have found them to be very honest (a huge plus), professional, repair cost reasonable, extensive explanation of the repairs needed and the timely manner in which the repairs are done. I was referred to them by several people who were also satisfied with their service. As long as I own a vehicle, I will not trust anyone to work on my cars other than Mark's. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed!!!

I have used Mark's services for years and have always been pleased with the outcome. During my most recent visit they found and replced my bad waterpump very quickly and efficiently as ussual and got me back on the road in a just a few hours. I am moving to Florida soon but, I recommend Mark's Automotive very highly.
