My first time at Mark's and extremely satisfied with their service. Both Marks were very helpful and honest. I felt taken care of instead of taken-ed! I will be coming back over and over again and will refer all my friends!

Mark's always treats their customers fair and works to do what is best. I have an older vehicle Mark's routinely maintains and repairs and they provide me with straight information about what needs to be repaired, what can wait, and information about the trade-offs of forgoing something.Mark's prices their services very fairly and are quick to stand by part warranties should something go wrong. I don't take my vehicle anywhere else (and wouldn't).
As usual, Mark and the guys at the shop did a great job. They were quick, affordable, and friendly. I won't take my cars anywhere else. I don't live close to the shop, but it's worth the drive to know that my car is with people I can trust.

This is the same shop that was in Mt. Juliet, TN. Their location was destroyed by a tornado but you would never guess it because their service never suffered. They're an awesome, honest shop and I would not hesitate to send anyone I know there, even my kids. I love Mark and his crew!
