Mt. Juliet Auto Repair

Was in a pinch on the Monday, after Christmas. The day was crazy. My alternator went out on my car. Mark and his team assured me everything would be fine, they provided me options and I was out the door before lunch! Per the norm at Mark's Automotive...They are the Best!!!

Mark's Automotive was a great experience.. Ive had bad experiences in the past with maintence on my car , where the mechanic wasnt truthful and charged me for services that I didnt need.. but with Mark's Automotive I found the service great and he kept me informed of the entire process of my vehicle and also told me exactly what I need to get next time I brought my care in for service.. As a woman, I really dread going to get anything done to my car because I always felt like the mechanics were taking advantage of me .. but Mark took his time to tell me what was wrong and even should me the parts he removed and replaced on my car.. I will always go there for anything pertaining to my car..
