I only needed an oil change, but all fluids were checked and tires inflated to proper PSI. They were even nice enough to remove my TX plates and install the TN plate, I'm only sorry I didn't have my Steeler plate for the front. I'm sure they would have been glad to put that on as well (ha ha, Mark!).The people were polite and friendly. I am so grateful I found Mark's Automotive repair. Before I used to use Firestone and they charged me an arm and a leg! Mark's automotive is lower in cost and their repair work is top quality. Either Mark Sr.or Mark Jr. always call me with an estimate and explains in detail exactly what the problem is, how they fix it and how long it will take. Mark Sr.especially excels in listening to my concerns and answers all my questions very patiently. One of my repairs actually was $60 less than the original estimate. I've never felt ripped off and over charged like I always felt when I left Firestone. I never thought I would say this about an Automotive repair shop, but I actually trust these guys to treat me fair.
