I remember my first visit at Mark's. I was a little nervous being a female that knew little about cars, i didn't want to be taken advantage of like in the past. I spoke to (one of the Marks) lol. Right away i knew this would be a different experience. He was very upfront and honest about the issues with my truck. I trust Mark's! So glad i found them i wouldn't go anywhere else! :)

Very friendly and approachable people. Informative and knowledgeable. They did not try to gouge me by insisting additional services. I appreciate that 100%. Service was completed in the time frame given. They explained everything that was done and showed my the part that was replaced.
After visiting 3 dealerships for repairs to my Jeep Wrangler Sahara I came across Marks through a random Google search where Marks's came out as number one. They listened and even talked me out of what I thought the repair should of been based off of Jeeps estimate. In a simple three hours they called diagnosed the problem and found the major issue, which was not what jeep even noticed. Repaired in 1 day and saved me almost $690.... They also found additional areas that need attention with estimates . Mark's is the deal... Don't go any further.. Clean, considerate, efficient and doesn't suck your every dollar. A little hard to find because of signage but keep looking because they rocked this one and I'm back on the road.
The team at Mark's was great, very professional. They did the work, kept me informed on the what and why of everything. On top of the work that I needed done, they saw several other small items that could be problems in the future and just took care of them. I will definitely make this my first stop for all my Lexus repairs.
