We have taken a number of our vehicles to Mark's Automotive for almost 15 years. Each time they have properly diagnosed the problem, charged a fair price, and given us their honest opinion concerning a major repair. This time was no exception. While they could have repaired our blown head gasket, they let us know more problems could arise due to the age of the engine. If we wanted to avoid these problems we would need to replace/rebuild the engine, which, as Mark, Jr. said, costs more than the vehicle is worth. He gave us all the details we needed to make a fully-informed decision. We appreciate the value for honesty and excellence that Mark Sr. has instilled in all of his staff.
