We recently relocated to Tennessee from out of state and had no idea which auto repair shop to take our car. After looking on the internet, we came across Mark's Automotive Repair. After seeing all the positive reviews, decided to call and make an appointment for routine maintenance. Ironically, the very next day after making the appointment, the car broke down. Since we had Mark's number, we called to see if they could arrange to have a tow truck take the car to their facility since we had an appointment there anyway. Within a half an hour, they had a tow truck there and even arranged to take us home. This had happened late on a Friday afternoon, but first thing the following Monday morning, they called and said the car was ready to go, just a blown radiator hose. We were so relieved and felt so grateful to have found such a reputable place that took such good care of us and our car. After speaking with Mark, we could see his commitment to the customer and to the community. Mark's Automotive will be the only place we take our cars and have already recommended to others in need of a great mechanic!
